Abstract







The paper presents a procedure for identyfying the potential of ancillary services provided by distributed generation for DSO needs, including technical and economic aspects. Services are an alternative to the traditional network modernization, carried out in order to enhance grid reliability by eliminating identified threats. Technical capabilities using ancillary services provided by generation resources in an MV grid and pricing principles were proposed in this paper.
