Abstract


This paper presents examples of coordination between automatic voltage and reactive power control systems (ARST) covering adjacent and strongly related extra high voltage substations. Included are conclusions resulting from the use of these solutions. The Institute of Power Engineering, Gdańsk Division has developed and deployed ARST systems in the national power system for a dozen or so years.
