Legislative barriers to the development of DSR services in Poland

Abstract
The paper reports steps taken by Enspirion sp. z o.o. to develop DSR services in the Polish market. The authors focused on characterizing the target market, as well as identifying legislative barriers that prevent further development of aggregator activities.
