Nuclear Power Plants in the National Power System

Main Article Content

K. Łowczowski

Abstract

The article presents the operational specifications of selected nuclear power plants and their power output systems. The cooperation of a nuclear power plant with the power system is presented in normal as well as disturbed states, e.g. a nuclear power plant’s house load operation. In addition, global trends in energy safety of nuclear power plants and the power system are discussed. Measures to improve the National Power System’s safety are pointed out to..
